Shipping Methods

Your order may be fulfilled through one or more of the following:

HALO42 Direct Shipping
Products from HALO42 Skincare are shipped directly from our headquarters using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Amazon Fulfillment
Some products are stored and shipped through Amazon’s Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) network.
Third-Party Drop Shipping
Select items from our wellness partners may ship directly from their warehouses.

Processing and Delivery Times

HALO42 Orders: Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and 3–7 business days for standard delivery within the United States.
Amazon Orders: Shipping times vary based on Amazon’s fulfillment network and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Drop-Ship Items: Shipping times may range from 5–10 business days depending on the partner’s location and inventory.

Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available on select items. Please refer to the product page or contact us directly for more information.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product type, weight, and destination. Some items may qualify for free shipping promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email for HALO42 and drop-shipped items. For Amazon-fulfilled products, tracking will be available through your Amazon account.

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or supplier backlogs. If your order is delayed or you experience any issues, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
